1 lb Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 can Cream of Chicken
1/8 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup FF Sour Cream
1/2 cup reduced fat Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Crushed Cornflakes
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Lightly spray an 8×8 baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together potatoes, cream of chicken, onions, sour cream, and cheese until well mixed.
Scoop mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
Add cornflakes to top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until casserole is bubbling.
Cut into four even pieces.
